The living room and bedroom feature blackout curtains, dedicated split A/C units, flat screen smart TV's, fast Wi-Fi for all of your devices, and direct lanai access. <br /><br />The bathroom includes a stunning shower with spa-inspired black pebble floors—bringing the feel of an island retreat right into your daily routine. An oversized granite counter and ample storage will help you feel right at home. <br /><br />Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, including a dishwasher, Keurig, microwave, toaster, and blender, plus a full set of cookware and utensils. There’s a cozy dining table and a spacious kitchen counter with stools—perfect for casual meals, morning coffee, or a quick island snack. <br /><br />This property offers a peaceful, resort-style experience with beautifully maintained grounds, three heated pools, two whirlpool spas, BBQ grills, shuffleboard courts, free on-site parking, laundry facilities, and with no additional resort fees. Centrally located on the Royal Coconut Coast, we're just 15 minutes from Lihue Airport and perfectly positioned between Poipu to the south and Hanalei/Princeville to the north.<br /><br />Right next door is the Coconut Marketplace, home to restaurants, shops, hula shows, and bike rentals. From your lanai, you can step right out onto the Ke Ala Hele Makalae oceanfront path—perfect for walking, jogging, or biking along the coast. This tropical paradise is shared with friendly island creatures—expect to see chickens, roosters, and geckos, who help keep less-welcome bugs in check.<br /><br />Kauai’s lush climate also supports native insects and island pests. While we take proactive steps to ensure a clean and comfortable environment, occasional encounters with these critters are possible.<br /><br />We do our best to minimize any inconvenience, but please note their presence does not constitute a breach of contract or warrant refunds. We appreciate your understanding—and hope you enjoy every moment of your stay in this vibrant, natural paradise!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Our smoke-free community offers three outdoor swimming pools, free self-parking and on-site laundry facilities.<br /><br />The laundry room is conveniently located on the ground floor of the building and is open daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. To use the machines, you can check the instructions included in the Stay Handbook, which you can access through a QR code.
