This is a large, French-style chateau which is only a few blocks from the famous Spanish Bay Resort, 2-minutes drive to the beach and only a few miles from the heart of downtown Pacific Grove. It has some handicap features: an entrance ramp, grab bars in a bathroom toilet and shower. The kitchen has ample cabinet and drawer space which is fully stocked with dishes, flatware, glassware, kitchen linens, professional cookware and all necessary utensils. This is a quiet residential neighborhood.
