Everything around is in walking distance (Super market, Ross, 7 Eleven and popular restaurants). 1 flat screen smart TV, work desk, printer, free WiFi. Large swimming pool and jacuzzi. Sleeps 2 guests with 1 Queen size bed.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Parking:<br />1 parking slot included. The slot is on the 10th floor in the garage. Need parking pass for getting in & out.<br /><br />Laundry:<br />3rd floor. Coin operated. There is a coin changing machine at the laundry room.<br /><br />Linens:<br />4 bath towels at the unit. No extra lines provided since this is airbnb unit. I appreciate it if you do laundry when you need fresh ones.<br /><br />Check in:<br />Self check in. Need to pick up keys and parking pass at the unit before entering parking.<br /><br />Cancellation policy:<br />Even if due to COVID, we just follow the airbnb's regular cancellation policy. (strict one) Also we cannot accept rescheduling request, the booking is final.<br /><br />Early check in & Late check out:<br />Cannot arrange it. We often have full booking and my cleaning time is 11am - 3pm, that's why the earliest check in is 3pm and the latest check out is 11am.
