We will not be available for assistance until 8am (EST) the following day.<br />Covered reserved parking stall (10th floor)<br />Pool and jacuzzi (11th floor)<br />Meeting room (11th floor)<br />Laundry room (3rd floor)<br />24 hour security (not concierge)<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />***Check the State website for updates on regulations regarding COVID-19 before booking. <br /><br />In order to use the pool, you must sign in at the security desk, where you will borrow a pool FOB key that you must return to them when finished. <br /><br />If you want to extend your stay, you must submit a request (24 hours in advance) to change your reservation through Airbnb and wait for approval. You will not be able to stay past your original checkout date/time until this is done. <br /><br />The FREE parking stall is on the 10TH FLOOR. If an unauthorized vehicle is parked in our stall, please notify security so they can tow it. You can temporarily park in any stall NOT marked "reserved."<br /><br />Sorry we are unable to provide luggage holding service. If you take a ticket at the front gate, you will not be able to exit using the card, and will have to pay for the ticket. However, there is a 10 minute no fee grace period. <br /><br />For your convenience, we have self-check in via smart lock available with detailed instructions. <br /><br />If keys or parking pass are lost, it will cost $100 to replace. So PLEASE DON'T lose them or get locked out. <br /><br />There is no laundry machine inside our unit. There is coin-op laundry machines on the 3rd floor. We provide complimentary detergent for you. <br /><br />Vagrancy and traffic is a growing problem in Waikiki, Downtown, and the rest of the island just like many typical cities. You'll see it in certain areas.
