Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Perfect for families with small children who love to be outdoors. Beautiful views all around. Easy access to lots of hiking and biking in the Marin open space and Tamarancho. 6 minutes in to Fairfax downtown. Large deck as well as a back patio with hot tub access.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This home is ideal for young families. It’s our primary residence so please be aware it has come cozy quirks. <br /><br />Bedroom set up:<br />Upstairs master- king bed (no closet access) large screen tv, dresser, small desk/work space<br />Upstairs- kids room with crib, toddler bed and nugget. It has a closet and lots of kids books.<br />Downstairs- pull out couch with queen bed and cozy mattress topper in the closet. This room is also a great kids playroom if you’re not using the bed. The closet has toys, blocks, puzzles and games as well as some hanging space. <br /><br />Two bathrooms, one on each floor.<br /><br />The living space is open and bright, with full kitchen. No tv in the living room.<br /><br />Laundry in the garage.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Again this is our main residence. So there are some plants and personal items. We will have most of it put away! The garage has a bunch of our storage so please be respectful of our privacy. Thank you!
