New tile on floors and walls, new vanity, and a new shower make this space much more inviting. We've also upgraded to a modern Air Conditioning system. Air Conditioning is now in both bedrooms and the living room, which allows you to cool and dehumidify the condo. The old window A/C units photographed have been removed.<br /><br />The Happy Turtle Condo is privately owned and managed, unlike many in this location. We take great pride in offering a modern, updated stay for our guests. Guests are also able to take advantage of the heated, saltwater pool, sport area (pickle ball, basketball and shuffleboard), and poolside BBQ Grills.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />You will need to go down stairs in order to get into the condo. The condo itself is single-story, but is located downstairs in a private alcove.
