While we try to accommodate all requests, we handle refunds (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis. <br /> <br />Winter Guests: Propane Grills may not be accessible during winter months and propane is not monitored from Nov 1-May 1. Decks are shoveled for structural safety only and are not guaranteed to be free and clear of snow during the winter months.
