We are the only Private Residence Club in SF providing these upscale amenities combined with a luxurious ~1,400sf residential living space.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our residence has two Master bedrooms luxuriously appointed with fine linens, flat panel TVs and private ensuite bathrooms with luxurious bath towels in each, a fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen including wine cooler, dishes and cooking utensils, fireplace, and state-of-the-art music system in the Living Room with residence-wide speaker system, as well as a washer/dryer & a dishwasher with all supplies included . . . and Concierges and Butlers to attend to your wishes 24/7.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will be staying in a real residence, with unfettered access to our owners lounge, two decks each with its own fire pit, spectacular views of SF Bay and easy access to the boutique shoppes and restaurants in Ghirardelli Square. We are fully ADA compliant with easy elevator access to our facilities and residence.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Our concierge and butlers will assist you with reservations and anything else you may need during your stay and will even buy groceries and stock the fridge for you prior or during your stay if you prefer.<br /><br />*PLEASE NOTE: <br />1) We own a residence in a fractional ownership facility with multiple similarly sized residences that are similarly furnished. The HOA rules govern our use and enjoyment. Every owner/renter is provided the best available residence at time of check in, hence the residence photos in this ad are representative. In the event that I am unable to book my fractional time, I can rent other owners' time (including 1, 2 & 3 bedroom residences) when they have availability.<br /><br />2) Our calendaring system does not sync with the airbnb calendar, so when you inquire I will contact our staff to confirm availability and will let you know as soon as I hear back, which is normally within a few hours or less.<br /><br />3) Finally, to protect you and us, before booking we only communicate with you through airbnb per their rules, and we only accept payment through airbnb which protects you and us.<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />431895.0
