This North facing unit on the 10th floor gives you a beautiful mountain view along with the city views… <br /><br />For your convenience and comfort we have a window unit AC in the living room, and a portable unit in the bedroom to efficiently cool the entire unit. The unit has a fully-equipped kitchen. The bedroom has two queen-size beds, while the living room has a sectional sofa, and a large smart flat-screen TV. <br /><br />All linens, towels, including beach towels, are provided. You also have easy access to laundry facilities, which are located on each floor and are coin-operated. Wireless high-speed internet and parking are both complimentary.<br /><br />The building boasts a large recreation deck on the sixth floor.
