Parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis in any available spot, and while the spots are labeled, they are unassigned. You’ll also have unlimited in-and-out access throughout your stay.<br /><br />Guests have access to the pool, recreation desk, and BBQ grill. The pool opens from 8 AM - 9 PM. BBQ grilling is subject to availability and opens from 10 AM - 9 PM. Occupants may cook on the recreation deck from 10:30 AM to 8 PM using the installed cooking facilities. NOTE: Reservations are necessary and may be made with Security if desired, up to 24 hours in advance.<br /><br />LAUNDRY FACILITIES:<br />For your convenience, laundry rooms are available on every floor. You'll find washers and dryers in these rooms that accept both coins and credit cards. The cost to use the coin operated washer and dryer is $2.25 per cycle.<br /><br />Please note that we don't provide detergent, but it can be purchased at the Sundries Store. This includes any vehicle over 72 inches (6 feet) in height. Oversized vehicles will not be able to navigate the ramps without risking damage to the vehicle.<br /><br />It is essential to ensure your vehicle meets these requirements before arrival, as oversized vehicles will be turned away from the parking garage, even if you have a reserved unit in the building.<br /><br /><br />⚠️ Any ongoing renovations or construction throughout the building are out of our control. However, if you have any concerns, we are happy to reach out to the building management prior to booking to check whether any renovations or construction projects are scheduled during your stay.<br /><br /><br />Garbage Disposal Rule:<br /><br />Please avoid putting large food particles or excessive waste down the disposal.
