Welcome to bright and airy Surfbreak at Maui Banyan Resort - a 2 bed/2 bath garden-view condo perfect for up to 6 guests. The bedrooms have very comfortable orthotic beds, en suite bathrooms and showers. The living room has a sofa that converts into a queen bed. Your fully equipped kitchen and laundry in the unit makes life so convenient. The resort has 2 pools and is in front of the gorgeous Kamaole II Beach - perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and snorkeling with sea turtles!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Surfbreak Condo at the Maui Banyan is a 950 SF apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, in-unit laundry, fully equipped-kitchen, free parking, quick and easy access to the beach and a pool that is so close it feels like your own private backyard pool. Don't worry about going up and down stairs, because Surfbreak is a main-level, garden-view unit.<br /><br />Bedroom:<br /><br />We know how important a good night's rest is whether at home or on vacation. The brand new, Temperpedic, king sized bed is ridiculously comfortable. The luxury linens from Annie Selke will make you feel like pampered like you should. We have firm and soft pillows, take your pick. The night stands have 4 built-in USB ports for easy charging of all your electronic devices. There is a flat screen TV connected to the Wi-Fi and plenty of storage in the dresser and closet. The bedroom has blackout curtains on the sliding glass door that gives you easy access to the private Lanai, pool and the beach path. Or throw open the curtains and step outside to smell the plumerias and enjoy your morning coffee<br /><br />Bathroom:<br /><br />You can access the bathroom from the bedroom or the kitchen. It's stocked with 8 fluffy white bath towels and plenty of hand towels and wash cloths. There is a shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your use. There is a rain shower head and detachable hand-held shower head.<br /><br />Laundry:<br /><br />Next to the vanity, there is a washer and dryer and laundry detergent for your use. It's small, but it works great. This is always a must for me when I am looking for where to stay.<br /><br />Living Room:<br /><br />Feel at home with the open floor plan with tile throughout. There is plenty of seating and the sofa converts into a queen-sized bed. We have extra linens and pillows to make sure every one is extra comfortable. There is a smart flat screen TV and beautiful views from your sliding glass door of your lanai and a tropical garden that acts as a living privacy fence.<br /><br />Kitchen:<br /><br />There are plenty of award-winning restaurants closeby, but if you want to stay in and enjoy a home-cooked meal you will have everything you need. You can find a complete list of what is in the kitchen at the bottom. There are also grills outside. There is a Cuisinart grilling set in the island cabinet for you to use. Clean up is so easy with a brand new Bosch dishwasher.<br /><br />Resort and Beach:<br /><br />The Maui Banyan Resort has free parking, 2 swimming pools and jacuzzis, a tennis court, and a paved sidewalk to the beach with beautiful tropical landscaping all around.<br />The resort is located right in front of Kamaole II Beach Park. This beach is beautiful and calm and perfect for swimming, sunbathing, sandcastles and if you head to the rocks on the left you can snorkel with Hawaiian sea turtles. We find them almost every time we go out. There is a lifeguard on duty 7 days a week and it is typically very calm waters, perfect for beginner swimmers.<br />For those looking for larger waves for surfing and boogie boarding, The Cove is 4 minutes and Makena Beach is 12 minutes away.<br />Unit T-107 is in the building that is furthest from the road, making it a quieter more private unit when it comes to traffic and afternoon winds. It also is located by the second, less crowded pool.<br /><br />Location:<br /><br />Kihei has a great beach town vibe. You could find a new beautiful beach everyday. You will find it at 2575 S Kihei Rd. The Maui Banyan Resort is close to many restaurants, shops, golf courses, other top beaches, such as Wailea and Makena Beach and The Cove.
