The Suite is on the 2nd level and was built for visiting family guests and friends. A private space such as bedroom , spare room/workspace has a twin sofa sleeper for an extra bed, bathroom, kitchen ,dining /living room, and balcony at the back with golf course view.<br />Family, pet friendly and quiet neighborhood except with yard maintenance & barking dogs<br /> Bike riding , morning walks are common.<br />A walk/jog/bike path is right across the golf course with beautiful mountains & golf lakes as backdrop<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The Suite has a master bedroom with 1 queen bed, closet and dressers. <br />The master bedroom has an access door to the balcony to just sit back and relax. <br /><br />The Suite also has a spare room that has a single sofa bed if needed( ask owner in order for it to be set-up), a secretary desk( that contains books for reading, a place for a Laptop) and has a direct access to the bathroom. <br /><br />The Kitchen is loaded with utensils for cooking and dining.A portable grill is within reach on the balcony so no need to go up & down the stairs. <br /><br />The backyard is open for guests , to watch the sunset, bask under the sun or enjoy the shade of the avocado tree( watch for falling avocados in season).<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />In the Garage: ( shared space)<br /><br />Washer and Dryer are in the garage. Laundry can be done anytime when possible.<br /><br />Parking can be in the garage or in the driveway. <br /><br />Beach Stuff ( chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gears, mats, boogie boards, hammocks, sunblock, cart)<br /><br />Bicycles , cloth grocery bags <br /><br />A door that leads to the backyard .<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />SMALL CHILDREN:For younger families who have an infant or a toddler can be accommodated but not advisable as the space is not child proof. No permanent gates by the stairs and not enough room for a regular size crib. <br /><br />SOLAR WATER HEATER: <br />During rainy and cloudy days availability of hot water varies because of how the timer works. So please kindly inform owners when there is no hot water so the timer can be adjusted.<br /><br />NOISE: No loud noises after 10pm. Princeville Resort Community has rules and regulations to follow, it keeps the community beautiful and peaceful for the residents and visitors.<br />We live by golf course and maintenance crew works at the golf course around 6 am. You might hear mowing noise which is very tolerable. The neighborhood owns pets including owner, guests will hear barks once in a while. <br />We have 3 small dogs , the mama is schnauzer-spaniel and the (sons) puppies are mixed with a lot of other breed , in short they are the cutest mutt :).<br />Rooster Chickens roam around and found this area and crows in the morning :(<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />540170040000, TA-083-454-9760-01
