Located on the 5th floor with ocean and mountain and pool views. We have central Air Conditioning too. If you want a clean, updated, spacious space for 2 with a view, this is it! The beach and ocean is a short stroll across the lawn. Watch the kite surfers, see the turtles, watch the sunrises and sunsets right from our beach! Grocery, bars, restaurants, Urgent Care and more are only a mile away. There are also pickle ball courts just down the beach. The pool, hot tub and barbecue areas are for use of guests too! With a fully stocked kitchen, you can cook at home and save money!<br /><br />***Disclosure: BEACH GEAR/EQUIPMENT: As a courtesy, we allow use of our beach gear/equipment. However, any use of beach gear shall be at your own risk, otherwise use is prohibited. We cannot always guarantee the existence, condition, functionality, size, etc. as some guests break, lose or take our equipment and do not replace it. Upon your use or any of your parties use of beach gear, you agree that you are responsible for any injury, accident or death that may result from use. You agree that we will not be held liable and will be held harmless from any injury, accident or death that occurs as a result of your or any of your parties use of the beach gear including boogie boards, snorkel gear, etc. We understand that beach gear will be submitted to a lot of wear and tear. We will not hold you responsible for that. Upon check out at 11:00am on your day of departure, all items belonging to the unit must be left in the unit (snorkel gear, fins, chairs, coolers, towels, etc.) and put back in their original location. If you lose beach gear, please replace it. Thank you in advance for your understanding.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Check in instructions will be provided prior to arrival. The unit is available for total use. Parking is free. The laundry room, pool, hot tub and barbeque area are shared spaces for your to use. There is even a sauna! A lock box is on the door so you can check in at anytime after 3pm!<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />This is the Kauhali Makai (Village by the Sea) resort complex. Your home away from home! We have been in the business for 16 years since 2008 and are very hands on owners. Working directly with our guests is what we prefer and we have found that is what our guests prefer as well. We have been advertising on the competitor's platform for many years, but recently decided to add this platform as well.
