It offers a fabulous indoor/outdoor living at its best with a sun drenched landscaped backyard. Close proximity to transportation, restaurants, and Sacramento Street and Fillmore Street shopping Districts.<br /><br />Three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, formal entry, formal living room, formal dining room, spacious kitchen, family/great room, laundry closet with washer and dryer, two fireplaces, walk out patio and landscaped garden and backyard with lush lawns, flagstones and thriving plants.<br /><br />1st Bedroom: One King bed.<br />2nd Bedroom: One Queen bed <br />3rd Bedroom: One Twin(tempurpedic mattress) bed<br /><br />Living Room: An Extra large (long/deep) sofa, custom built to also serve as bed.<br /><br />Great Room: Large (long/deep) sofa, also comfortable as bed.<br /><br />Kindly note that the backyard will be off-limit from 8:00am to 10:00am, and then again from 3:00 - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. During these periods, children from downstairs unit come out to play in the garden.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Wifi, backyard patio (private, with dining table), washer, dryer. <br /><br />There are two options for parking (1) secure indoor paid garages 3 blocks from the house, a 5 minute walk (2) street parking, it's free, but pay attention to street signs. From 5:30 pm-7:30 am on weekdays, and on weekends, you may park in front of the house, blocking the driveway, if you wish.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />House Rules<br /> • No parties or events allowed.<br /> • No smoking anywhere on the property — this includes the backyard, back porch, front yard, and front porch.
