Please inquire if you're a responsible guest who will treat it like your own.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our private 2700 square foot Eichler home is surrounded by gorgeous oak, redwood, and laurel trees on a half-acre property. The house has recently been remodeled, while honoring it's original mid century spirit. Guests will enjoy a modern kitchen, dining room, comfortable living room, laundry, pool bathroom and renovated pool.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You have access to the house, backyard and pool. Use our kitchen spices and laundry detergent. We'll make space in our closets for you to hang your things.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We have lovely neighbors who also enjoy the peace and serenity of this special area. No parties and no loud music. No exceptions.
