This beautiful Eichler home has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms one of which is newly renovated. The kitchen has a dishwasher and 6 burner gas Wolf range. Vaulted redwood ceilings are classic mid-century modern and many rooms have floor to ceiling windows. There is a beautiful big backyard with an inviting dining area under a lovely wysteria vine.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The patio is new and includes a gas fire pit for our cool California evenings and two water fountains, making the backyard a perfect place to relax. The backyard has an avocado tree, two orange trees, a lemon, lime and pear trees. There is also a Barbara Butler playhouse, a trampoline and tree swing. There is also an in ground Jacuzzi tub and outdoor shower.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We have 3 chickens in the back yard. Their home is automated so you don’t need to do anything but enjoy the fresh eggs if you choose. If you are staying longer than 4 days they may need a water fill but we can have someone come by to do that if you need.
