A beautiful 1905 single family Edwardian home with modern amenities right in the middle of San Francisco in the Duboce Triangle Historic District. On a one block tree lined street that dead ends into Duboce Park, the home is sandwiched between the Castro, the Haight and Alamo Square. All of the metro lines run 3 blocks away and it's a 10 minute walk to a variety of different neighborhoods.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Complete with 12 foot ceilings, gourmet kitchen, formal living room, formal dining room, family room, private garden, 2 decks, flat screen TV, and wifi. The master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, Peloton, and private deck. The second bedroom also has a queen bed. There's also a third bedroom with three single beds and an attached large playroom where a full size air mattress can be set up if needed. <br /><br />This is our main residence, but we spend the summers in Europe, so welcome guests to live here in our absence.
