Late Fall Availability November 27th-Dec 09th, 2024.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Beautiful 3BR Summer Rental in San Francisco just North of Lake St. Luxury Home at the Edge of the Presidio - Overlooking the Presidio Golf Course. <br /><br />The house, a fully remodeled, elegantly decorated Edwardian, has 3 bedrooms upstairs with a TV room/den, 2 full and 1 half bath upstairs, a large remodeled eat-in kitchen, spacious dining room, formal living room, and half bath downstairs. It also has a garden with a BBQ and firepit. The house is bright, with spacious rooms with windows looking out on the Presidio Golf Course. <br /><br />Upon walking in to the main floor, guests will find the formal entryway opening into a formal dining room that seats 12+ for dinner and a formal living room, each with a marble fireplace (Note: fireplaces are not operational). Swinging doors open from the dining room to a brand-new kitchen featuring a six-burner w/grill professional Wolf range, two ovens, a large, side-by-side Sub Zero refrigerator, central marble island, microwave, toaster oven, and dishwasher. The kitchen also includes a bar sink, breakfast nook, and desk with built-in bookshelves. French doors open onto a small deck overlooking the garden. <br /><br />Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, two full plus one-half baths, and a TV room/den. The master bedroom features a large, two-headed steam shower and two sinks. The other two bedrooms each have a queen bed and a marble sink.<br /><br />The house has Direct TV, Apple TV, as well as excellent wireless internet. We also have a washer & dryer.<br /><br />The house will be rented fully furnished and is available for 12 nights this fall (2024) from November 27- to December 9th. Costs are 2 night minimum at $800 per night; 3- 13 nights at $700 per night and 14 or more nights at $600 per night.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests will have access to the entire house. <br /><br />There is an In-Law Apartment located on the bottom floor, which is currently tenant-occupied. The downstairs tenant shares access to the downstairs rec. room and laundry area (area can be locked off from the guests section of our home for upmost privacy).<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />- There is a downstairs tenant. They have a private entrance to their unit.
