Bedrooms contain high-end furnishings and guest-dedicated linens and the rest of the house and kitchen and fully equipped. <br /><br />The house will ensure a great stay in SF.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The house is a great space for business travelers in need of a base for conferences or a week of meetings, or as a kid friendly living space for families traveling to San Francisco for an extended stay. The Richmond is a vibrant multicultural neighborhood with easy access to outdoor spaces such as Golden Gate Park, Presidio, Baker and Ocean beaches, and Crissy Field. Great farmers market on Sunday along the hip Clement corridor. It's also walking distance from great hiking and running trails and a quick shot over the Golden Gate Bridge to Marin or the wine country.<br /><br />The bedrooms all come equipped with high quality linens for guests only and drawers and clothes racks/closet for personal items. The principal bedroom (and en suite bathroom) is a spacious room with a king bed with memory foam top that provides comfortable living for two adults. The additional 3 bedrooms include two queen beds and one with a queen sofa bed. All beds come with great mattresses and comfortable memory foam tops. Overall the bedrooms and bedding are hotel quality. <br /><br />As far as the rest of the house, the well-appointed kitchen opens up into a family room with high end furnishings and a 75" flat screen television. These rooms overlook the deck and backyard, which includes a BBQ, outdoor furniture and grass area for kids and adults. The backyard also has a detached shed with a gym (including peloton) and office desk with two screens and a USB-C docking station. The house and shed have good strong wifi (500-800mbps) on a mesh system. Printer available. TV's have all channels available via Xfinity. <br /><br />For families with little ones - our kids are older now but we still have a few items and toys (magna tiles, duplos, legos) we can leave out if that helps. <br /> have a booster seat or two and car seat and booster for cars we can provide upon request. As for safety, we've had our kids and still have nieces and nephews to the house weekly, so it's generally a safe environment for kids in terms of glass/what is breakable within reach. Overall kid friendly.<br /><br />House accessed with lockbox near front door. Public transportation is very close and easily gets you to almost every part of the city in one ride. Driveway parking is included. Lyft and uber very easy and inexpensive, or try the new driverless Waymo service for an only in SF experience.<br /><br />We're available as needed and are very good communicators. Happy to accomodate amazon deliveries before the stay and can field other reasonable requests. Had over 40 positive reviews on AirBnB for an apartment we had on the site before, but the reviews were lost after the unit was removed due to the changes in the law in the City. We have 30+ positive reviews on this listing. <br /><br />We have a friend/tenant in a separate downstairs apartment so quiet hours are important to both them and our neighbors.
