*Possession of a San Francisco Short-Term Rental Registration Certificate certifies that the registration certificate holder has agreed to comply with the terms of the San Francisco Short-Term Residential Rental Ordinance (San Francisco Administrative Code Section 41A). This ordinance does not require an inspection of the unit by the City for potential Building, Housing, Fire, or other Code violations.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The unit is located on the second floor of a three-story Edwardian house. The decor is contemporary with a bit of cozy charm. It features an open floor plan with high ceilings, a large main bedroom with a TV, a closet, a dresser, and a nightstand. A smaller second bedroom with a dresser, TV, and nightstand. Fully stocked chef's kitchen. High-end luxury linens and towels. A marble bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower. Small office area with a desk and wireless printer. <br /><br />There is no assigned or garage parking. There is, however, free street parking, and relatively easy to find. Please read the parking restrictions posted on each street to avoid tickets. <br /><br />Upon arrival, a printed house manual will be provided to answer any other questions.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The entire home and small exclusive use the private deck. The Larger deck and back yard are shared space with two other unit owners. Feel free to use our patio furniture and set it up on the larger deck if you prefer. Please be respectful to our neighbors and keep the common yard area free of all trash or food.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Please note that any type of party is strictly prohibited due to the shared building. Please surface clean before leaving.
