A comfortable and convenient stay at centrally located D’ University Place Condominium, steps away from De La Salle University Manila. Fully furnished and decorated with original paintings of Cebuano artists, this one bedroom condominium unit at the 19th floor can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.
Our condo is a 32 sq.m. one bedroom unit designed and furnished with great comfort in mind. Our daughter used to stay here for three years while she was taking a degree at De La Salle University Manila.
The bedroom is furnished with two hotel quality twin size beds with first class mattress protector, duvet, bed linens, and soft pillows. The living area is fitted with a first class sofa that can be converted into a full size bed.

- 32" Samsung HD Smart TV. Cable is not available at the moment.

D’ University Place is a residential condominium standing almost at the corner of Dagonoy and Leon Guinto Streets, a few steps away from De La Salle University. Its ground floor houses 711 and other restaurants. Across the condominium are laundry shops and a few steps away are Jollibee, Mc Donalds, Kenny Rogers, Tapa King, Starbucks, Bo’s Coffee, Mercury Drug, 711, Korean and Japanese restaurants, BDO and BPI banks among other establishments. Parking lot is also across the property.
We listed this property on Airbnb on 6 July 2018 and made it available starting on 18 July 2018.
A maximum of two registered guests can access for a fee the swimming pool area at any given time.
The gym and study area are only for the exclusive use of the unit owners.
Our housekeepers, Sol and Tess, can be reached by mobile phone in case of emergencies. You can also call me or send me an SMS as I am based in Cebu. The front desk may not be able to help you should you need some assistance.
D Univeristy Place Condominium is just steps away from De La Salle University and a walking distance to College of St. Benilde, St. Scholastica’s College, St. Paul Manila, and Rizal Memorial Track and Football Stadium . It is located in between Quirino Station and Vito Cruz Station of LRT1. There are a lot of restaurants in the area. Students reside mostly in this condominium.
Take LRT at Quirino or Vito Cruz stations to travel around Metro Manila. You may also use Grab cars and taxi cabs or Jeepneys.

Check-in. Requires Covid 19 documents at least a day prior to check in. Please present your ID’s to the concierge officer at the lobby. Expect two keys to the main door of the unit after a brief security verification.
No. of guests allowed entry. In the interest of safety and security, only registered and booked number of guests are allowed entry into the residential units. No visitors are allowed entry. Maximum of three (3) guests can stay in the unit in deference to Health protocols.
Valid ID’s required. All booked and registered guests should email their valid government issued ID’s at least a day before check in.
