Pick up a book by the fireplace or soak in the morning sun on your multi-layered foam mattress. <br /><br />Based in the medially-located Sunnyside, you can go to:<br />- Golden Gate Bridge in 20 minutes,<br />- Golden Gate Park in 15 minutes,<br />- Union Square in 15 minutes,<br />- Chase Center in 10 minutes<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Based on an open floor plan and decorated with a mid-century modern furnishings, the spaces allows you to relax. You will be surrounded by warm tones with hints of blue to balance out the atmosphere. <br /><br />Admire statement pieces as you work your way from the living room to the kitchen to your bedroom. Work on the the bar seating on the island or cook your meal on the gallery. Both are clad in beautiful Caesarstone quartz. In the mornings, you can enjoy various sorts of coffee ranging from pour over to French press to Keurig pods. Then, head over to the living room and enjoy the drink while admiring the marble-tiled fireplace. <br /><br />If you need something heavier to unwind, you can yourself a drink on the wet bar and settle on the wide chairs and watch some Netflix. <br /><br />If you need some fresh air, you can grill some steaks or lounge around the fire pit during warm evenings. <br /><br />To top things off, the property is equipped with smart home devices and paired mobile projector and screen. Point and watch on a white wall. Or take the projector outside and enjoy eating outdoors and watching a football game. <br /><br />To add further enjoyment, we apply generous amounts of drift diffuser scents and garnishes of flowers. <br /><br />Our place is your retreat.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests can use the backyard including the bistro seating, outdoor dining set, BBQ grills, and benches. The supplies and appliances in the garage is at your disposal. Guests can access the entire second floor and the lounge on the first floor. <br /><br />We have a standard size San Francisco garage. This fits most medium size sedans, crossovers, and SUVs. For vehicles on the larger side, you can park inside the garage, but it is more difficult to maneuver in and out. <br /><br />There is a bottom floor. You can use the kitchenette and TV lounge located downstairs. <br /><br />I will available on site; my quarters are toward the back. If you have any worries, you will be offered full privacy during your stay. <br /><br />More details about parking are located in the house manual.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />As a member of the de Young and Legion of Honor museums, I can get 2- 4 guests (depending on circumstances) to the permanent collections and special exhibitions.
