You will find this Townhome in the Palisades area of Truckee conveniently located within walking distance to shops and restaurants in downtown Truckee. Beautifully maintained and comfortably furnished and equipped with all the kitchen essentials. All bedding has been refreshed with white comforter covers which are laundered after each guest stay.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Two guestrooms with queen beds on the first floor. These two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom and laundry room in the hallway. Upstairs on the second floor is the main living space where your family can congregate around a fireplace and/or TV. There is also a balcony with a small dining table with a barbeque for your use. In this living space is the dining area which seats six around the table with two extra chairs at the kitchen bar top. There is a half bath on this main floor as well. <br />The primary bedroom is large with its own balcony where you can sit and drink your morning coffee in the morning sunshine. The primary also has a very large walk in closet, a fireplace, soaking tub, large shower and double sinks. There is also a TV in the primary bedroom.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The entire house. No one else lives there.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />I do allow small dogs with an additional $150 cleaning fee. It is very important to keep dogs on a leash at all times in the neighborhood and to pick up your own dog's waste. The HOA also has a strict noise ordinance, no loud music after 10 PM.
