Includes one free parking stall.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The space<br />Make yourself at home in this beautiful resort style downtown Honolulu condo. The large lanai, tall ceilings, large windows and designer features are a rare find and we are excited for you to enjoy them during your stay! This stylish privately owned condo is in the Executive Center.<br /><br />Walk into a large entry way that leads you down three stairs to the open concept living room, dining area and kitchen.<br /><br />Cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen. It has everything you need including new stainless steel appliances, toaster oven with an air fryer, rice cooker, Ninja blender, as well as a Keurig and French press for your morning coffee.<br /><br />Enjoy your meals at the sleek dining table that seats 6 in the dining area with high ceilings and great lighting. Have a seat at the counter bar seating or outside on the large lanai (patio). Patios are a rare find downtown and these large sliding doors open up to spacious lanai with a table for 6 and lounge seating if you decide you want to people watch, do yoga or enjoy some fresh air.<br /><br />There is a split AC in the main living area and in the bedroom for your comfort.<br /><br />Dive into the new and dreamy medium firm pillow top 2 queen beds in the spacious bedroom. Comfortably work remotely at the designated desk and work space. Unwind at night with a favorite show on the large 55” Smart TV. There is a large closet so you can fully unpack and feel at home.<br /><br />In the bedroom closet is an additional foldable twin bed cot with a foldable foam mattresses to put on top. You can set it up in the living room or bedroom. We also have a pack and play if you are traveling with an infant or toddler.<br /><br />100% cotton bedsheets and we guarantee all quilts are washed between each guest too. <br /><br />The living room has two futon couches that each fold down into a full size bed. Additional pillows and linens are provided. Enjoy your fav. Shows on the large 65” Smart TV. The feature tropical wall gives you a resort feel, you won’t want to leave.<br /><br />There is a max 7 guests.<br /><br />The hallway has a large capacity, front load stacked washer and dryer and a quaintly designed half bath with a sink and toilet.<br /><br />End your day in the hot tub or start your day with a swim. The pool and hot tub are right outside your front door. The insulated walls keep the noise out but you’re only steps away; it will feel like your own. Open 7am to 9pm.<br /><br />The building has 24 hour security and one designated covered parking stall in the attached parking garage is included. There are many amazing restaurants, cafe’s and clubs to enjoy walking distance from the building as well as a Korean Grocery store and Ross attached to the Executive Center. Your downtown resort hideaway awaits!<br />Guest access<br />You will have the condo to yourself plus one free parking space. Our Host, Ning and her aloha team can be reached when needed via text or the airbnb app and is always happy to help.<br /><br />Location <br />Please noted, this unit is located in downtown honolulu financial district. It’s not Waikiki! But it’s offering a lots extra spaces that Waikiki usually can’t offer in this price range. Also way much quieter than Waikiki at night. <br /><br />By driving <br />-10 mins to Waikiki<br />-8 mins to Ala Moana mall<br />-5 mins to Ward village ( the new fancy artsy area) <br />-5 mins to Ala Moana beach and the pier for most tours <br />-3 mins or walking distance to China Town( where local thinks the real O’ahu food scene is) <br />- old kings palace and a couple museum all walking distance. ( perfectly for historical tour traveler) <br />- Paris baguette, 7/11, marugame udon, McDonald right down stairs <br /><br />We also want to let you know, Waikiki and downtown has the most homeless people, other states send out homeless to hawai all the times, most of them stay in downtown honolulu and Waikiki. Daytime the area are totally fine, since all major hawai banks’ headquarters are all right across street so it’s mostly decent working people. At night, since there are not much residential around, so if you walk, you might feel out numbered with homeless in the area, for local understanding, the downtown homeless are definitely better than Waikiki, they are more like living in the area, not like Waikiki’s drug or begging style. But we just want to be transparent with our guest. The building if fully secured, with 24/7 security and fob access only. It’s definitely great choice for family like to travel with cars or sleeps early on time to have the extra space and comfortable for your honolulu trip, it’s a short drive or easy share ride to go waikiki or ward area for night time fun.ji<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guest access<br />You will have the condo to yourself plus one free parking space. Our Host, Raven can be reached when needed via text or the airbnb app and is always happy to help.<br /><br />Other things to note<br />This is a spacious one bedroom condo ideal and most comfortable for two people sharing the bedroom. However, we do provide one foldable beds on a cot with extra bedding. You can place them in the bedroom or living room. There are also two futon couches that fold down into full size beds in the living room. (You must use the mattress protector on the futon couch when using it as a bed). For a 967 sqft unit plus 300 sqft lanai, the space will give enough comfortble for any sleeping arrangement.<br /><br />Guests who stay for a month or more need to supply their own paper products, coffee and laundry detergent. We supply enough for you to get started on your stay then the rest must be purchased as needed by the guest.<br /><br /><br />Please note that parking height in the parking garage is a max 6’1”<br /><br />Please do not open the right side of the lanai door. The door is broken. Please only open the left side to go outside on the lanai. We are waiting for a part in order to repair the door. Thank you for your cooperation.<br /><br />Pool hour is 8am to 9pm<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Parking lot maximum hight is 6ft2, please consider that when you rent a car.
