We offer 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a fully equipped kitchen .dining room for comfort and convenience. Street parking is available with a resident guest permit (please refer for parking permit details). Nearby attractions include Oracle Park, SF MoMa, Moscone Center, Salesforce Park, Westfield Mall, Union Square, and vibrant nightlife options.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Your Space: <br />Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located haven. Our unit will feel like your own private space. Our guests will have 3 full luxurious bedrooms equipped with their own private bathroom attached as well as a 43" smart tv in each room. Guests will have full access to a modern kitchen and a mini breakfast bar area with a 50" TV. Complimentary coffee and tea is provided. Finally, the whole unit also has heating and air conditioning adjustable to your comfort. Looking out the kitchen windows you will be able to see a partial snapshot of the Salesforce Building and the skylines surrounding it.<br /><br />*The host, Arron, will be staying in the 4th bedroom in the unit but will have his own private entrance and will not encounter guests during the length of your stay. Arron will not be accessing your kitchen or any of the space at all and will only retire to his room via a private entrance. The goal is to have you guys feel comfortable, making it a private retreat for you and your group to enjoy while exploring SF!<br /><br /><br />Noise<br />Since the Bay Bridge is right across the street from room 1, room 1 dwellers will probably be able to hear some noise from the passing cars. We do provide foam ear plugs and white noise device for our guests in case you are sensitive to noise or feel free to bring some noise cancellation headphone for your sleeping, <br /><br />Neighbors Quiet Hours rule<br />Please also respect the neighbors by following the quiet hours rule between 10PM - 8AM<br />Please be aware that this is a three-story building with neighbors above and below. Even slightly louder music, talking, or heavy footsteps can be heard by others. Although we’ve installed soundproofing, this is a shared multi-level building, not a standalone house. It’s especially important to be mindful of noise during our quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. In the past, we’ve had complaints that led to some unhappy experiences, so we kindly ask that you respect these quiet hours and avoid hosting any parties. Thank you so much for your cooperation!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Check in can occur at 4 PM at the earliest (accommodation may be available upon request). As an added plus, we would like to offer an option to drop off of any luggage items before this time in our storage space for your convenience. Additionally, if you want to leave your luggage until after the 11 AM checkout time, feel free to leave it in the storage space until you need to go.<br /><br />Street parking is not an issue at this location as there are an abundant amount of spaces, which is perfect for loading/unloading, quick errands, and down time. Do take note that the limit is one hour of street parking. Overnight paid parking lots are just a couple blocks away. For our guests’ convenience we personally want to offer a guest street parking permit that will allow you to parking freely on the street without limits. This is also on a first come first serve basis so if you are interested please message me for additional details and pricing.<br /><br />This applies to all parking:<br />Please note that car break-ins are very common all throughout SF. To limit car break-ins please remember to remove all valuables and leave nothing in the car that is visible. We provide foam earplugs and a white noise machine for guests who are sensitive to sound.<br /><br />Host on-site: I live in the fourth room of this residential unit during your stay. I have my own private entrance and will not enter your private space and the common areas of the home.<br /><br />Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM as we have downstairs neighbors and want to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone.<br /><br />Please remove outdoor shoes when entering the home to help keep our shared space clean.<br /><br />Please be aware that this is a three-story building with neighbors above and below.
