A downstairs studio in a converted barn set on 5 acres tucked away in trees and shrubs about a mile from the town of Hawi (pronounced Ha-vee). <br /><br />With two entrances, Downstairs Barn is "ADA friendly." One access leads to the pool, available on request.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The downstairs and upstairs studios share a laundry room.<br /><br />Beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler are available for outings. L<br /><br />The downstairs has easy access to outside, with a covered area on the makai (ocean) side. TV with wifi for streaming. An easy to use, comfy sofa bed, as well as the queen bed in its nook. <br /><br />A perfect setting for reading and reflection, or a calm place to return after a day on the beach, or on the trails at Mahukona, Upolu Point or Pololu.
