Our flat is in a mixed use building in the center of the Dogpatch neighborhood offering hosted and un-hosted stays. . We are located just south of Mission Bay on 3rd street near the corner of 22nd Street.<br /><br />There is one primary bedroom. The primary bedroom overlooks a garden deck and has great lighting. In addition to the living room, there is a small reading room to immerse yourself in.<br />We are happy to share our thoughtfully curated home and hope you enjoy it.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Amenities include: Laundry, wireless, large private 2nd story back deck with small garden, and a full kitchen. We also have a nicely curated mini library filled with great art, culture and design books.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />There are lots of spaces in the house to relax, read, listen to music and just chill. There is a full entertainment experience - Apple TV on a 65” HD wall mounted TV. The kitchen is well stocked and the large back garden deck has a BBQ and plenty of seating for hanging out or dining.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Our flat sits a top a local family run business and is in the heart of the cities hippest neighborhood with local dining, shopping, and adjacent to Pier 70. There is public transportation available on the block and UCSF hospital down the street.<br />Heres is a great article on the neighborhood that the New York Times called "a Hub for the Creative".<br /><br />The area now hosts “Portola Music Festival ” every fall with global talent and art for two days. <br /><br />For nightlife “the Midway” (walking distance) is an excellent nightclub/event space that has become a hub for authentic SF music scene (check their calendar for international DJs and bands) .
