Traditional and quintessential San Francisco house with updated baths. You will be on 2nd / main floor. We are downstairs in garden unit with separate entrance. Sleeps 6 with 2 bedrooms + 1 sofa bed. Conveniently located 10 min walk from Balboa Park BART station (12 min downtown, 20 min SFO). Mission Terrace is a friendly, family oriented and sunny neighborhood with colorful homes, blooming gardens and local markets. Perfect for those wanting a quiet place but quick access to other parts of SF<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Hi everyone. Welcome to our house in San Francisco! You will be on the 2nd floor which is also the main floor. We will be staying in the garden unit with our mini schnauzer downstairs. The house is dog friendly. Your unit has a separate entrance so everything is private to yourselves. The driveway is reserved for guests so you will also have free private parking. <br /><br />The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and around 1,250 square feet. We moved here in early 2018. It is an older house but all furniture including beds, mattresses and beddings are a few years old. In the living room, we have a 40-inch TV with Amazon Fire TV. The dining area has a table that seats 6. The master bedroom has a King sized bed and the guest bedroom has a queen sized bed. Both bedrooms have plenty of closet space. The bathrooms are recently updated - one features a shower and the other a tub. <br /><br />There is free wifi. Please note that the kitchen is on the older side and while we have stove tops for pan frying and other cooking, we do not have a working oven. We do have a small toaster oven on the counter as well as a microwave oven. In the winter, we set the heater on an automatic cycle but the house does run a little cool upstairs. However, if preferred, we can give you access to the Nest app which controls heating, so you can set your own temperature<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will have access to the 2nd / main floor of the house. we will be downstairs with a separate entrance. Please feel free to use anything in the kitchen including utensils, plates and cookware. We also have fresh bath towels and other essentials<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Please take off your shoes in the house and refrain from making loud noises in consideration for our neighbors.
