It is just steps to the free resort shuttle; only a one minute ride (a half mile) to the main Northstar village. This spacious unit offers you the privacy and comfort of your own home. <br /> <br />The primary bedroom is located on the third floor and has a high vaulted ceiling with a king-size bed and a private sink with a mirror. In addition, there is one separate full bathroom with a bathtub and a shower combo. <br />A two-story vaulted ceiling on the second floor gives plenty of natural light to the main living area. This floor is great room style with ample space in the living and dining room to accommodate full occupancy. A wood-burning fireplace and a private covered deck with seating and a BBQ complete the main floor. <br /> <br />The first floor offers two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a tub and shower combo. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a private deck. The second bedroom is furnished with two single bunk beds (4 beds total); perfect for the kids in the group! <br />Plenty of secure storage is available for your skis and mountain toys! <br /> <br />This property is located in the Gold Bend complex. It is 50 steps from the communal parking lot to the front door, but the views make it worth the work! Enjoy communal parking for two vehicles during your stay. This unit backs up to awesome mountain vistas and a super fun sledding hill out the back. <br /> <br />There is no AC in Tahoe. While we try to accommodate all requests, we handle refunds (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis. <br /> <br />Winter Guests: Propane Grills may not be accessible during winter months and propane is not monitored from Nov 1-May 1.
