Unobstructed panoramic ocean views, 30 feet from the private sandy beach with surf break. Boogie boarding, paddle boarding, surfing, snorkeling right out front, or maybe you just want to hang out at the pool! This is a two level condo, which occupies the 2nd and 3rd floors of a 3-storey building. There is no one above you! Two lanais perfect for whale and turtle watching! Small quiet condo complex with only 36 units. Experience Aloha!<br /><br />Air Conditioning system installed In both bedrooms. Master bedroom has amazing ocean views and is connected to the upstairs lanai/deck by two sliding glass doors, go to sleep hearing the ocean waves! Soak up the spirit of Aloha and watch the beautiful giant sea turtles and whales from two oceanfront lanais , with spectacular unobstructed views of Molokai & Lanai across the water, front row views! Perfect for enjoying Maui's great sunsets all year round!<br /><br />Quiet end unit, and sits 1 block off the street, away from road noise. Surf break located right out front of the condo, great for surfing and boogie boarding! With many other surfing locations close by. <br /><br />Oceanfront BBQ area, with covered seating area, that is close to the unit! A great place to spend at the end of the day watching the sunset! There is also another BBQ that is at the bottom of the stairs next to the condo, just a few feet away! This condo also has your own washer and dryer (laundry soap provided)<br /><br /> WHERE ARE WE....<br /> We are close to numerous beaches, restaurants and shopping! Some are within walking distance or a 5-30 minute drive. The condo is located in between the famous Napili beaches and Kaanapali beaches ( is a great place to be, if you want to be close to everything but just far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Honokowai area. It is the full Aloha experience!<br /><br /><br /> COME SEE ALL MAUI HAS TO OFFER!!<br />A sunset cruise around the island makes for a perfect romantic evening. If you’re curious about what goes on under the waves, snorkeling tours are a great way to view the incredible variety of life that lives under the surface of the ocean. Helicopter tours are an excellent way to take in views of the whole island, including incredible waterfalls, sea cliffs, and forests you would be hard pressed to view on foot. For those looking for a little more excitement, check out the zip lines at the Haleakala Skyline Tour. There's also Horseback riding tours. Road to Hana, which has 620 curves and 59 bridges, the road leads you through flowing waterfalls, flourishing rainforest, plunging pools and dramatic seascapes. Maui has some of the worlds most famous beaches to check out.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Commonly asked questions<br /> <br />* Do you provide beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, snorkeling gear, pool floats, etc?<br />Sometimes guest leave these items behind, check the closet for such items. Please use all items left behind by previous guest at your own risk. There are many places nearby where you can buy/rent these items for affordable prices on a daily/weekly basis.<br />* Do you provide pack n' play, rollaway cots, for children or cribs for babies? <br />No we don't provide any baby gear. Maui Baby rentals is about a mile away. Just give them a call.<br />* Do you have washer and dryers?<br />Yes, there is set in your condo.<br />* Do you have parking?<br />Yes, we have one parking spot per condo (this includes our one and two bedroom condos)<br />* Do you have oils or spices for cooking?<br />No we do not supply these items; we are conscience of cross contamination.<br />* Do you have kitchen cookware?<br />Our kitchens come fully stocked, from dishes, glassware, pots and pans and many kitchen utensils, they also have microwave and coffee makers (bring your own coffee) we also have barbeques on property for your use.<br />* We have starter supplies in each condo.<br />We start you with toilet paper, paper towels, liquid dish soap, trash bags, one sponge, and travel size toiletries.<br />* Do you have beach access?<br />Yes, there is a small little beach in front of the complex, many guest love to snorkel there. <br />* Do you offer late check outs or early check ins?<br />Our housekeeping staff asks us not to offer this ahead of time. You can send a message the same day and we can let you know. Although please plan for a 3:00p.m. check in and 10:00a.m. check out.<br />* Do you offer grocery delivery?<br />No we do not. I do recommend Demming's Delivery Service.<br />* Are there Grocery stores close by?<br />Yes, there is Napili Market, ABC Convenience, and Times Supermarket.<br />* Can you recommend places to eat and things to do?<br />I have provided a few suggestions below. But, I highly encourage you to explore Maui on your own. If you arrive at Kahului Airport, there are many free brochures that suggest places to eat, rent equipment, excursion, etc. <br />* Restaurants/Coffee?
