It also includes access to the pool and grills. The condo is within walking distance to the harbor and miles of beaches. The 5th floor unit offers beautiful views of the ocean and provides for optimal whale and turtle watching. The beach near the condo provides the perfect place to walk for hours without interruption. Pure tranquility!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on 5th floor of 6 floor building. Tastefully decorated with lots of light. Upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. Warm trade winds provide a lovely tropical vibe. New memory foam queen sofa sleeper. Dine inside or on the lanai. Lanai table has seating for 6. You will see turtles in the ocean below year round. Humpback whales in the winter and possibly surfers in the summer. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The bedrooms are separated from each other for maximum privacy. Very large smart TV in the living room. The bedrooms each have new smart TV's. Ability to "work from home" with a view of the ocean, though we hope you don't have to do to much work on vacation!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Full access to entire condo in addition to pool and bbq area.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We provide beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella and mini cooler.
