A professional cleaning of the property is done between each guest, along with stocking of linens, towels, and a starter supply of amenities are provided. <br />We are privately owned units, please do not turn in towels, beach towels, sheets, or any other items to a front desk or housekeeping staff as they do not service our units <br /> <br />Due to our location being super central, we are located in the “heart of all the action” in Waikiki. Expect to hear typical noise of city traffic (cars/buses/sirens) <br />We understand not all guests are used to these conditions and we want you to be as comfortable as possible. <br />If you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, we are happy to provide a sound machine and/or earplugs- please request at any point before or during your stay. <br /> <br />Insects, “pests”, geckos, and anything else of such nature are a valuable part of our ecosystem. <br />Just like any other host, or hotel, we routinely treat for household insects, while it is rare to see such inside, it is always a possibility given our environment. <br />This is especially the case if food, trash, or dirty dishes are left out. <br />Please understand that they are naturally occurring and do not reflect upon the cleanliness of the unit.
