(We will provide a 25% DISCOUNT off the daily rate for the days it is down or partially down).<br />The times and dates are:<br />- 8 HOURS between 8am and 4pm from: June 22 - June 26 (5 days), June 29 - July 2 (4 days), July 6 (1 day), and July 10 (1 day).<br />- It will also be down for 3 full days from: July 7 - July 9.<br />- Our unit is on the 9th floor, and there are 2 stairwells (both outdoors and indoors).<br /><br />The studio has a comfortable new Queen mattress. <br />The suite has WiFi included with a modern Roku Smart TV at the foot of the bed to ensure you can catch up on your shows as you fall asleep.<br /><br />The well equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook from home should you choose, with an apartment size fridge freezer and regular electric cooker with 4 burner stovetop & oven.<br /><br />A microwave & coffee maker are also supplied plus of course all cookware and utensils are included along with an ample selection of dishes, glasses , mugs and utensils.<br /><br />The bathroom has a simple well lit vanity area, toilet and an over sized walk in shower with low step-in, perfect for all ages.<br />All bathroom towels are fresh soft white cotton and we also include bright color Beach Towels for all our guests.<br /><br />Access to our small private lanai is through the main large glass slider in the living area and as mentioned prior is the perfect secluded coffee corner or reading nook, WiFi here is also no problem for those with iPads.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Access to our small private lanai is through the main large glass slider in the living area and as mentioned prior is the perfect secluded coffee corner or reading nook, WiFi here is also no problem for those with iPads.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />There is a small onsite parking garage at the Hotel for additional cost - Please request details when booking, should you wish to rent a car - there is also free street parking about 3 mins walk across the park on Paki Ave along with free overnight spots (6pm - 10am) at the many parking meters adjacent to the park.<br /><br />You have full access to the oceanfront gardens, upper patio deck and outdoor shower at anytime with our supplied guest fob during your visit.<br />There are stairs to the left of out gardens to access the ocean when you feel like taking a dip!<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />310320290041, 904, TA-000-000-0000-01
