We look forward to hosting you and your family or friends in our dreamy, fully updated and comfortable studio with insane Ocean & Bay views.<br /><br />The Studio offers a Queen bed and a double pullout sleeper sofa/futon.<br /><br />The beautifully remodeled full kitchen has bespoke hand crafted wooden countertops, an oven with electric 4 top stove and overhead stainless microwave, an apartment size fridge freezer with built-in ice maker.<br /><br />Modern well lit bathroom with large walk-in shower & vanity area.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />** ELEVATOR - Please note: The Elevator will be partially down for scheduled maintenance during the following dates (EXCEPT DURING WEEKENDS, EARLY MORNINGS, AND EVENINGS). (We will provide a 25% DISCOUNT off the daily rate for the days it is down or partially down).<br />The times and dates are:<br />- 8 HOURS between 8am and 4pm from: June 22 - June 26 (5 days), June 29 - July 2 (4 days), July 6 (1 day), and July 10 (1 day).<br />- It will also be down for 3 full days from: July 7 - July 9.<br />- Our unit is on the 9th floor, and there are 2 stairwells (both outdoors and indoors).<br /><br />Large sliding window looks out over Pacific Ocean, Waikiki Bay, Honolulu & Kapiolani Park.<br />The Living area has a comfortable queen bed with built in memory foam topper.<br />There's also a 'lay flat' pullout double sofabed/futon for 2 additional guests.<br /><br />Ample drawers for clothes storage during stay.<br /><br />Brand New A/c system installed 2023 but unit cools nicely with the cross breeze off the ocean too!<br /><br />There is a parking garage at the property and a space may be reserved through us at an additional cost at time of booking. Ask for details if needed.<br /><br />There is also free street parking a few mins walk away most of the year.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will have full access to the suite and all areas of the hotel grounds including oceanfront garden with sun loungers & outdoor shower.<br />Plus large area deck with tables and chairs for dining outdoors.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />There is a parking garage at the property and a space may be reserved through us at an additional cost at time of booking.
