Legal Vacation Rental<br /><br />🐢 2947 Kalakaua Ave #201 🐢<br /><br />A Spacious 2nd Floor Condo with incredible Ocean views from our private oversized Lanai, with full kitchen and master bedroom with Queen size beds.<br /><br />We are ready to offer our dream Condo to guests.<br /><br />Checkout the awesome views taken with my phone from the Lanai this afternoon, it really is that spectacular!<br /><br />We cannot wait to hear your reviews.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />** ELEVATOR - Please note: The Elevator will be partially down for scheduled maintenance during the following dates (EXCEPT DURING WEEKENDS, EARLY MORNINGS, AND EVENINGS). (We will provide a 25% DISCOUNT off the daily rate for the days it is down or partially down).<br />The times and dates are:<br />- 8 HOURS between 8am and 4pm from: June 22 - June 26 (5 days), June 29 - July 2 (4 days), July 6 (1 day), and July 10 (1 day).<br />- It will also be down for 3 full days from: July 7 - July 9.<br />- Our unit is on the 2nd floor, and there are 2 stairwells (both outdoors and indoors).<br /><br /><br />🛏🛏 Large bedroom with big closet and two Queen beds - both offer 14" high-grade memory foam mattresses. <br /><br />📺A large wall mounted HD Smart (Roku) Television - (don't forget to bring your Netflix or Hulu info so you can log straight in and carry on with your favorite channel line-up) and of course separate remote controlled A/C.<br /><br />🛋 The living area boasts a large new 'L' shaped couch perfect for family gatherings, again an HD Smart (Roku) Television plus local cable added.<br />A work desk to work from home or get those postcards out to friends and family.<br /><br />🪑 The Dining area offers seating for four guest plus up to six if you include the HiTop breakfast bar at the kitchen area.<br /><br />🚿 The well-lit bathroom has a vanity area, W/C, oversize walk in shower w/ floor to ceiling tile (includes hand rails).<br /><br />🧴 Initial first day soaps, shampoo and toilet paper are provided for ease.<br /><br />💧 The newly installed full kitchen has brand new double door fridge freezer with ice maker and filtered water dispenser. <br /><br />☕ We also have a Coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher and ample pans, silverware and crockery for our guests.<br /><br />👔 An Iron and Ironing board is available upon request should you need it during your stay, along with kettle and blender.<br /><br />🅿 Secure garage parking is usually available but does come at an extra charge ($30 per day + tax at the time of writing this) all other costs associated with the accommodations are included in the price here on Airbnb. Free parking is available on the meters from 6pm - 10am or across the park.<br /><br />⛩ You also have full access those beautiful gardens that you see in our pics, plus there are stairs down into the ocean just to the left of the pics, a nice sandy bottom awaits on the left side of the property and lava rock reef directly ahead of the property.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />🚘 Though we are within easy walk of beaches and the busier Waikiki area, should you require parking please request at time of booking and we will let you know the current hotel parking rates.<br />🌼Full access within the suite, along with shared guest access to our oceanfront gardens, communal patio area and laundry facilities.<br /><br />🦎Insects, Geckos, and anything of such nature are a valuable part of the Hawaii eco-system. We assure you we have all our condos, including this one, treated quarterly for household insects.
