Gigabit internet and a whole-house mesh WiFi network (including back garden).<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This is my personal home; the structure is more than 100 years old, but it is new to me. I spent the latter half of 2019 remodeling the upstairs bathroom and kitchen and decorating every room with the help of friends who are interior designers and architects.<br /><br />In line with my own tastes, I wanted to create an environment that is a mix of staid luxury (within my budget--or actually a lot over it!) and novel, contemporary design. You'll find Loloi rugs, contemporary brass lights from Circa Lighting, and either a memory foam, Purple, or "Eight Sleep" mattress. In the kitchen: white cabinets with solid brass trim framing the clear inserts, soft close hinges and magnetic catches. In the upstairs bathroom: marble tiles, gold grout, and a granite slab counter. In the downstairs bathroom: cement and miniature subway tiles in herringbone, a full glass enclosure, and a Dracaena trifasciata.<br /><br />Throughout my space you'll find a mixture of genuine furniture from brands or designers like John Widdicomb, Eero Saarinen, Herman Miller, Bo Concept, Ellen Degeneres, Justina Blakeney, and Joanna Gaines alongside reproductions from my favorite online retailers.<br /><br />My back garden offers a secluded reprieve from the city with two lemon trees, various bushes, flowers, and succulents, landscape lighting, a pergola, seating for four, and a small electric heat lamp.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Exclusive use of the whole place: 3 bedrooms (w beds), living room, kitchen, back garden, full bathroom, and laundry room.<br /><br />This listing includes one parking space in my garage.<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />2023-008012STR
