Kapalua and Kaanapali are both just a 5 minute drive. Depending on the tide there is an adjacent beach to the property. You can snorkel, swim, surf, or paddle board, all right here! Or if you would prefer a larger beach, there are several beaches in the area including North Kaanapali Beach, which is just a mile away! <br /><br />If you are looking for a place to 'Get away from it all', or a 'Romantic Getaway' this is it! We look forward to having you as our guest.<br /><br />Beach access is seasonal and depends on time of day and size of waves. Ideally located in the heart of the Honokowai/ North Kaanapali area of beautiful west Maui, you can’t beat this location! Only a 5 minute drive south to the famous crystal clear water, white sand Kaanapali Beach, once named America’s Best Beach. Depending on the tide, there can be a beach adjacent to the property.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />High surf at some areas of property. <br />Seasonal ocean access.Beach access depends on time of day and size of waves. There are stairs leading down to ocean...<br /><br /> DAMAGE/LOSS/DISTURBANCE POLICY -<br /><br />1. The condo unit is individually owned and decorated. Please do not remove any furnishings, equipment or items from the unit.<br /><br />2.Guest will be solely liable for any additional costs, charges, expenses resulting from any damage, lost or stolen items or excessive check-out cleaning.<br /><br />3.We provide starter supplies of basic amenities ( T/P, P/T, soaps etc) and these are not replenished during your stay.<br /><br />4.Manager will use its best efforts to ensure that everything within the unit is in good working order, although neither Manager nor Owner guarantees that anything will not break down during your stay, (including but not limited to plumbing, appliances etc) and therefore such a break down does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustments for any failures.<br /><br />5. Guest understands that there is no guarantee that properties adjacent to the unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors, and any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.<br /><br />6. Although Manager will use its best efforts to hold to a minimum your interaction with any "pests" during your stay, Guest understands that contact with them does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to refund or rental adjustment.<br /><br />Guest understands that Manager and Owner shall have a reasonable amount of time to restore rental to acceptable conditions and any issues presented after check-out can not be remedied and shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />430060130045, TA-011-820-2368-01
