The ohana decor boasts a Hawaiian flare. It's a one bedroom, one bath accommodation with a full kitchen. It's in good neighborhood on the first floor in a 2-story home. It's private and comfortable with a view of the Pacific. <br /><br />The unit is best suited for two guests. A third guest is an additional $20 per night for those who don't mind sleeping on a 3-inch thick 31"x 72" futon they place somewhere on the floor. <br /><br />Taxes: We must collect 10.25% state TAT, 3% county CAT tax & 4.712% GET.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Fully furnished and stocked with everything you need. Includes Internet. Outside BBQ.<br /><br />It's close to town where all the restaurants and shops are. You can sip coffee in the morning or watch the sun drip into the Pacific enjoying a glass of wine or maybe a custom made maitai from your host!<br />If that the case, we've got a lot to drink about!<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The Wi-Fi is free.
