Sleeps 4.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This cute one-bedroom condo at Maui Vista with a view of the ocean from the lanai is located in the perfect spot in Kihei. It is in the first building and therefore, closest to the beach! Not only can you walk to Charley Young and Kam One beach, but also the Cove, Kalama Park, shopping, dining, stores and more. <br /><br />The condo is clean, modern and comfortable. There is A/C in the living room and bedroom and ceiling fans. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, and the living room has a pull out sofa. <br /><br />Also, this is an end unit, which means it is extra private and quiet. We appreciate that, so we thought you might too. <br /><br />You have everything you need - kitchen supplies, utensils, stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and even a W/D. The bathroom has towels, shampoo and conditioner and body wash.<br /><br />And don’t worry, you are also beach ready! We supply beach chairs, an umbrella, snorkel, body board, and even floaties.<br /><br />While the beaches are so close, sometimes you want to hang at the pool. Maui Vista has multiple pools, tennis courts, pickle ball court, and BBQ areas. There is free on-site parking.<br /><br />Wi-Fi and smart TV included.<br /><br />Please, no smoking in the unit, on the lanai, or in the public areas. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.<br /><br />NOTE: this is an island, and island life involves things like geckos and insects.
