Please request this as early as possible so I can confirm whether I can accommodate or not.<br /><br />Early Check In: 2pm instead of 4pm - $40 additional fee. Preferable 24 hours notice.<br /><br />Late Check Out: $10/15 min after 11am. 2pm is the absolute latest late check out time.<br /><br />Please note that you are staying in a house and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect.
