Inside, you’ll find plush furnishings, wood accents, and beautiful forest views. Curl up by the fire in the living room in the winter and in the warmer months, head outside for al fresco dining. With access to the Northstar Shuttle, you're just a quick ride away from all of The Village and NPOA Rec Center amenities.<br /><br />Each home is provided with 1 guest pass which allows exclusive access to the Northstar Resort Community (a nominal charge may apply for some activities). This entails very easy access to the slopes (free shuttle available throughout the neighborhood), as well as, other amenities provided through Northstar Property Owners Association (pool, spa, tennis, fitness center).<br /><br />Situated in the snowy Sierra Nevada Mountain range straddling the border between California and Nevada, Lake Tahoe offers stunning panoramic scenery and year-round adventure. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short-term rental regulations.<br />- Please note that all outdoor furniture and amenities, including grills, are seasonal and available from Memorial Day through Labor Day.<br />- This home does not have AC.<br />- This home has a max overnight occupancy of 6 guests and a max daytime occupancy of 9 guests.<br />- Please view the Placer County Good Neighbor Flyer located in the homes manual (which will be provided to you in the manual, or reach out to our team to review).<br />- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.<br />- This home has access to a communal pool at the recreation center, but please note that there is an entrance fee.<br />- Unauthorized parking at the Rec Center is strictly prohibited. Guests are only allowed to park while using the facilities. Any vehicle found parked all day will be subject to a fine of over $500.<br />- Please note: Access to the NPOA Recreation Center requires a separate fee of $10 per person, per day, and is not included with your reservation.<br /><br />Parking Details:<br />- 2 parking passes are available for guests' use. Guests will be charged $50 for unreturned passes.<br />- No street parking allowed.<br />- Violations result in fines of $1,000 and up, and revocation of the permit after three or more violations.<br /><br />[DISCLAIMERS]<br /> - No smoking in or outside of this home.
