The cabin also features stunning mountain views right from the living room.<br /><br />Whether you’re seeking a snowy winter retreat or a serene summer mountain escape, this cabin offers the ideal base for adventure and relaxation alike.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have full access to the entire house, which includes 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />No Air Conditioning<br /><br />Like most homes in Tahoe, this property does not have AC. Being in the mountains, the temperature drops significantly after sunset, and the cool mountain air typically keeps the space comfortable, even during summer months.<br /><br />This is the owners’ second home. They visit occasionally, and some of their personal items are neatly organized and stored within the house.<br /><br />Winter Snow Season<br /> <br />We highly recommend 4-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) vehicles during the snow season. We provide a driveway plow service and shoveling for pathways; however, snow may accumulate between service times. A shovel is provided for your convenience. Our standard cancellation policy remains in effect regardless of weather-related events.<br /><br />Lost/Stolen Items<br /> <br />We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
