After days spent exploring snowy trails or wandering the lakeshore, you can slip into the warmth of the hot tub beneath the cold, starry sky. The quiet of the surrounding pines creates a calm backdrop, while the conveniences of town remain only minutes from your door. <br /> <br />Sleeping arrangements <br />With room for up to 10 guests, the home offers three bedrooms designed to make group stays easy. The first-floor master bedroom includes a king bed and an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. Upstairs, a second bedroom features another king bed. The third bedroom provides flexible options with a twin-over-twin bunk, a full bed, and a twin trundle, creating a comfortable space for both families and friends traveling together. <br /> <br />Bathrooms <br />Two bathrooms serve the home across both levels. The second-floor bath includes dual sinks, a soaker bath, and a large enclosed shower. On the first floor, a bath and shower combo adds convenience. Bathroom essentials are provided for your stay. <br /> <br />Kitchen & dining <br />Whether you are preparing a group breakfast before heading out or gathering for an easy winter dinner, the fully equipped kitchen supports your needs with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, hot water kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and cooking basics. Share meals at the dining table or step outside for a breath of fresh mountain air between activities. <br /> <br />Indoor comfort <br />After time outdoors, you can warm up beside the indoor fireplace or settle into a quiet corner with WiFi, a TV with standard cable, or a dedicated workspace. The home includes central heating, air conditioning, ceiling and portable fans, as well as a washer, dryer, bed linens, hangers, and an iron. A crib is available for guests traveling with young children. <br /> <br />Outdoor living <br />A private entrance leads to the patio, where outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill offer space to gather between winter adventures. The hot tub provides a welcome spot to unwind at the end of the day. Free parking is available on site with room in both the garage and driveway, and an EV charger is provided for electric vehicles. <br /> <br />Neighborhood <br />Situated within the Emerald Bay Cabins complex, the home places you close to South Lake Tahoe favorites, including Emerald Bay State Park, Vikingsholm Castle, and the shoreline. Heavenly’s Gondola and several beaches are less than 5 miles away, along with local restaurants and shops such as Sonney’s BBQ Shack, AleWorX, and The Shops at Heavenly Village. <br /> <br />Perfect for groups <br />Up to six cabins in the complex can be reserved together, making this a fitting choice for families, retreats, or group getaways seeking both shared time and individual space. <br /> <br />Permit #: 012706<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Worth Mentioning <br />> We manage all 6 of the neighboring Emerald Bay Cabins plus many nearby properties if you need more than one! <br />> A rental agreement requiring guest’s signature will be sent to all confirmed guests after booking. A copy of this agreement can be provided prior to booking as requested. <br />> This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival. <br />> Both the City of South Lake Tahoe and The County of El Dorado have gotten extremely strict in enforcement of posted rules that can be found in the rental agreement. Be sure to become familiar with said rules to avoid steep fines and visits from the authorities. <br />> Breeches to any of these critical county ordinances will all but guarantee a visit from the sheriff and consequently management - Occupancy and vehicles can never exceed posted limits – street parking is never permitted, No outside use of the property after 10p (deck, grill, hot tub), Trash must always be disposed of in an approved area such as metal bear box or dumpster (will be posted on fridge), never left outside. <br />> We have a strict no party policy, the registered guest will need to be 25+, excessive use of the property/ extra cleaning required/ failure to follow checkout procedures/ breech of rental agreement will result in steep additional charges. <br />> Guests will have access to park 2 cars in the garage and 2 in the driveway but no street parking is allowed. <br /> <br />Permit #: 012706
