The home balances indoor coziness with space to unwind at your own pace. <br /> <br />Sleeping arrangements <br />Three bedrooms provide flexible accommodations for groups. The first-floor master bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, a second bedroom includes another king bed. A third bedroom on the first floor is arranged with a twin over twin bunk bed, a full bed, and a twin trundle, offering multiple sleeping options. Two bathrooms are available, including one with dual sinks, a soaker bath, and a large enclosed shower, and another with a bath/shower combo. <br /> <br />Kitchen & dining <br />The kitchen is set up for preparing meals during your stay, with a full range of appliances and space to cook comfortably. Gather around the dining table indoors to share meals or plan the day ahead. <br /> <br />Indoor comforts <br />Inside, you’ll find heating, air conditioning, and ceiling and portable fans to keep the space comfortable. The indoor fireplace creates a warm setting on cooler Tahoe evenings. A TV with standard cable, wifi, and an ethernet connection provide entertainment and connectivity, while a dedicated workspace makes it easier to stay on top of tasks if needed. A washer and dryer are also available, along with bathroom essentials and a crib for those traveling with young children. <br /> <br />Outdoor living <br />Step outside to the patio, where a BBQ grill and outdoor space invite relaxed evenings and fresh mountain air. With a mix of shared spaces and private sleeping areas, it offers both connection and room to recharge. <br /> <br />Permit #: 012704<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Worth Mentioning <br />> We manage all 6 of the neighboring Emerald Bay Cabins plus many nearby properties if you need more than one! <br />> A rental agreement requiring guest’s signature will be sent to all confirmed guests after booking. A copy of this agreement can be provided prior to booking as requested. <br />> This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival. <br />> Both the City of South Lake Tahoe and The County of El Dorado have gotten extremely strict in enforcement of posted rules that can be found in the rental agreement. Be sure to become familiar with said rules to avoid steep fines and visits from the authorities. <br />> Breeches to any of these critical county ordinances will all but guarantee a visit from the sheriff and consequently management - Occupancy and vehicles can never exceed posted limits – street parking is never permitted, No outside use of the property after 10p (deck, grill, hot tub), Trash must always be disposed of in an approved area such as metal bear box or dumpster (will be posted on fridge), never left outside. <br />> We have a strict no party policy, the registered guest will need to be 25+, excessive use of the property/ extra cleaning required/ failure to follow checkout procedures/ breech of rental agreement will result in steep additional charges. <br />> Guests will have access to park 2 cars in the garage and 2 in the driveway but no street parking is allowed. <br /> <br />Permit #: 012704
