Our budget-friendly, humble little suite is stocked with all you need for your Maui get-away. Queen bed, full kitchen (no dishwasher), internet access, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella, A/C, ceiling fans, and lanai (patio). Murphy bed folds up in seconds to create a spacious living room. Shared amenities include outdoor pool, jacuzzi, poolside gas BBQ with eating area, and tennis courts. Free parking. Coin laundry at back of complex. Walk across the street to a beach with an ancient Hawaiian fish pond, a great view of the west Maui mountains and fabulous sunsets. Minutes from shopping, cafes, restaurants, farmer's markets, as well beaches, beaches, and more beaches! Bus service is available to nearby beaches, shops, and restaurants along South Kihei Road, but car rental is recommended if you want to explore further. Our central location makes this the ideal starting point to explore the entire island. The host is fluent in English, with some French and Spanish.<br /><br />OUR PHILOSOPHY: We keep our suite basic and affordable for those who prefer to spend their money on experiences rather than accommodations. So if you want to save your pennies for a luau or whale watching tour, we have a deal for you! If high-end, state-of-the-art, and luxe is more your thing, our humble little suite might not be the best fit for you. Whatever your preferences, we hope you enjoy all the island has to offer. Aloha!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have exclusive access to entire suite and the attached Lanai (covered patio). Guests also have access to the pool, spa, BBQ, tennis court and laundry, all of which are shared with other guests<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />5% General Excise Tax, 3% Transient Accommodation Tax (County of Maui) and 10.25% Transient Accommodation Tax (State of Hawaii) are included in room rates.<br /><br />Suite is non-smoking.
