Enjoy this cute, charming country setting just minutes from Kona but at a 1600ft elevation for cooler temperature.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our studio is located just above the airport, 12 min at 1600ft. It’s a prime location for those who want to adventure various areas of this “Big Island”. Close to Kona town but far enough to feel like you are in a country setting. Beating the Kona traffic, it takes only 20 min to a pristine white sands beaches on the west side, and it is at a convenient location to drive out to resort area like Waikoloa and South Kohala, or to up-country, Waimea. Peaceful and cool temperature welcomes you home after adventure filled days.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Entire down stairs ohana (Studio with its own full kitchen and full size fridge, bathroom, and an enclosed lanai). <br />Shared backyard and laundry area.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />This is an off-the-beat-track neighborhood/community. Rental car is a must have. This is a home where we do “life”. We are a lively household consisting of brother and sister sharing a living space with our 3 year old dog, Mariposa, aka Mari. We try our best to provide peace and quiet, but some foot noise and occasional barking to be expected.
