Enjoy a safe historic Oakland neighborhood only minutes away from the most charming neighborhoods - Lakeshore, Grand, Lake Merritt, Piedmont, Downtown and Rockridge! You can grab a morning coffee, visit local boutiques, shop at the farmers market, and dine at casual to michelin rated restaurants.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The bungalow is located in Oakland bordering Piedmont, it is a relaxing, quiet residential neighborhood with easy street parking. Within half a mile you can access various bustling, diverse Oakland neighborhoods. The bungalow is a small one bedroom with a kitchenette, small living space, bathroom, and one bedroom. The kitchenette has a toaster oven, small stovetop, dishware, mini fridge, and keurig for coffee if you want to cozy up at home!<br /><br />Hop on the bus across the street that takes you directly to BART heading into San Francisco or downtown Oakland for an easy commute.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will have full access to the entire bungalow and a shared outdoor space. We do have a friendly dog that may be outside from time to time but we generally keep to ourselves! There is a table in the backyard with adirondack chairs if you want to sit for a morning coffee or afternoon drink!
