Please return the bins after the trash has been collected on Thursday.<br /><br />🚨 Other: <br />• There are 2 steps leading up to the front door. <br />• We have two, actively recording cameras overlooking the front entrance and back patio which records video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. There are no indoor cameras.<br />• There are two triplex units on the same lot. This 1950’s triplex shares a wall with 1 unit.<br />• The unit is next to a 4 lane street and road noise and the Caltrain can be heard from the unit.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />All areas of the house except the hallway owner’s closets.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules.<br /><br />House Rules<br />- Electricity Usage: rules of thumb<br />Do not put multiple high power appliances (such as hairdryer, microwave, countertop oven, washer, dryer, AC/heater system etc.) in the same line of the circuit and use them at the same time. Follow signage posted. <br />- Do not set wall furnace thermostat above 72. Please turn off before leaving the property. <br />- Unplug all small appliances (hair curlers, laptop chargers, kitchen countertop appliances etc.) when not in use. <br />- Turn off the stove and oven when not in use.<br />- Park in designated parking spot and do not block driveway. <br />- Observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. <br />- No shoes inside the property.<br />- Smoking and vape use are not allowed inside and outside the property. <br />- No mail/packages delivered to the property. <br />- Keep the drains clog-free by removing hair every time after using the shower. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. <br /><br />Release of Liability<br />This home is privately owned. As hosts, we prioritize the safety and wellbeing of our guests and strive to maintain a secure environment. However, we cannot be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or damages that may occur to guests or their belongings during their stay at our home. We strongly recommend that guests obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events or emergencies. Guests are also encouraged to take necessary precautions, such as locking doors and windows and avoiding hazardous activities.
