Welcome to our stylish and cozy one bedroom suite in the hip Outer Sunset. With a private entrance you will immediately feel right at home. The suite features a fully stocked kitchenette for easy meals, or you can walk to a wide variety of delicious cafes and restaurants. For urban adventures, we are half a block from the convenient N-Judah train, and for romps in nature, we are a few blocks from Golden Gate Park and Ocean Beach. Come stay!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The suite features a well stocked eat-in kitchen with: a fridge, induction cook top, microwave, toaster oven, all the necessary pots/pans/utensils/dish ware, salt/pepper, oil, pour over coffee, tea, etc... and dining space for four.<br /><br />The living room has a smart TV, with blankets, pillows and a pouf for you to put your feet up and get cozy. <br /><br />The bedroom has queen bed, down comforter, hamper, and closet with hangers.<br /><br />The bathroom has an enticing steamy shower (but please be environmentally friendly and mindful of your water use), fluffy towels, shampoo/conditioner/soap.<br /><br />A few other notes: <br />- Central heating.<br />- Please refrain from wearing street shoes in the house.<br />- No cigarettes, candles, incense, vaping, or open flames of any type allowed on the property.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />- You have a private side door entrance with entry to the suite through the garage. The door features a smart keyless lock, for which you will be given your own access code. There is an external security camera outside of the entrance.<br />- For extended stays, access to the washer/dryer can be provided upon request for a small fee. <br />- There is adequate non-metered street parking. <br />- Please do not have unauthorized visitors or extra guests without prior approval.<br />- Early check-in/late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee of $20-40/day.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We are a family of four that lives upstairs. You may see us out front or in the back yard. Feel free to say hi. Despite soundproofing, noise can travel through the home, and you may hear signs of life from upstairs. The kids leave for school by 8:30am, and are in bed by 8:30pm. We are often out and about on the weekends, as well.
