Ample street parking available, no parking on the property as the driveway is reserved for the tenants in the large cottage unit.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />- Side door entrance, not main door which is a different unit.<br />- Access to the entire suite. <br />- Street parking only. Need to walk about 150 feet from street to the unit.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />No smoking or cooking.
